For all airport pickups and drop-offs there will be 20% gratuity, STC, Fuel SC, airport fees and any wait time, stops, parking, tolls, and other out of pocket expenses will be added to this rate. These rates does not include any discounts you may be eligible for on your Corporate account.

Your uniformed chauffeur will be holding a sign containing your name by the baggage claim for domestic flights and outside the customs for international flights, which will make it easier for you to locate your chauffeur.

For Airport Arrivals we offer 30 minutes of free waiting time on our commercial flights and 15 minutes on private aviations. Additional waiting time will be calculated in increments of 15 minutes at the vehicle's hourly rate.
All No Shows will be charged the full rate. If you can not locate your chauffeur please contact us at 866-465-7664 so that one of our dispatchers can help you locate your chauffeur.
All cancellation must be made 24 Hrs prior to the trip if by E-mail and 4 Hrs prior to the trip if by Phone.
